President Muhammadu Buhari has affirmed a fresh out of the box new contract for the overhaul of the aggregate recreation of the segment of the government expressway between Port Harcourt in Rivers State and Aba, Abia State.
The agreement which is worth 40 Billion Naira will be a double carriage way and will have a sum of eight paths with every one of the sides having four paths each.
There was existing contract of 34 billion Naira for a similar part yet the legally binding terms were renegotiated to oblige the

The agreement was granted to development experts, The China Civil Engineering Construction Company Ltd (CCECC) and will be finished in January 2020.
CCECC’s Project Manager, George Gao told newsmen at the venture site that the work will begin from Eleme Junction and end at Aba, expressing that the Works Minister, Babatunde Fashola demands the best quality employments. He guaranteed that the work will be of the most elevated quality with an assurance of 50 years. He additionally said that the financing issues have been settled.
